Anti Theft system / immobilizer doesn’t work

My 2006 mustang was last 3 months without battery
Now I have changed the battery the car won’t start.
The starter work, start rpm is ok
The spark plug doesn’t spark
The injector does not work (the spark plug is dry and we do not smell the fuel)
The fuel pump en electric throttle works for a short while when I turn the key to position 2
Maybe the immobilizer is the problem, I don’t know
I thought a 2005 mustang has default a antitheft system like immobilizer
But I don’t know what is switched of, when only the ignition coil and injection is switched of it should be possible that the immobilizer is the problem. If the starter is also switched of then I don’t think the immobilizer is the problem because the starter works.
Is there anybody who has suggestions or a method to testing the system
